Pilates is a body conditioning system that improves muscle tone, balances musculature, builds flexibility and muscle strength, as well as increases endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back.


Pilates on the reformer strengthens your entire body, with specific emphasis on building a strong “core,” or center of the body. The exercises elongate and strengthen the muscles, improving flexibility and joint mobility.


With its roots in Pilates, barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Pilates, dance, and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.


Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.


The TRX suspension trainer utilizes one’s own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Using gravity and leveraging your own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises for a full-body workout.

Indoor Cycling

Indoor cycling classes help you shed fat, improve your heart health, and boost your muscle endurance. Your legs will get a serious workout. By the end of class, you'll have a steady stream of those feel-good brain chemicals!

F.I.T. & Fusion

Love a fast-paced, high intensity workout and getting your sweat on? Then you’ll love F.I.T.! Moxie's Functional Interval Training is designed for maximum calorie burn in the shortest amount of time. This class will get your heart rate pumping and the sweat dripping through a variety of exercises that incorporate cardio, strength, endurance, core, flexibility and functional movement.


Moxie's Bootcamp classes are group exercise classes that mix traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval training and strength training. Our bootcamps offer an efficient and challenging workout for everyone!

Cycle + Stength

An intense combo class where indoor cycling meets strength training. Start with 25 minutes of cycling to get your heart rate up and blood pumping, then move to the floor for 25 minutes of strength training combined with weights, bands and more.  It’s everything you need in a 50 minute session!
