In order to comply with the most recent guidelines, we ask that all clients wear a face-covering inside the studio at all times. Instructors will continue to maintain appropriate distancing and also wear a covering at all times. Our staff is committed to your health and safety.

Class and Class Pass Cancellations and Refunds.
Class passes are non refundable, non shareable, and non transferable. They are subject to time limits. Always note the expiration date before and after your purchase. In regards to class cancellation, we at Moxie know things don’t always go as planned. We ask that you kindly remove your name and let another person take the class if you are unable to attend. Sudden change? We encourage you to contact the studio if you are ill, exposed to the virus or have an unforeseen circumstance. We have a 6 hour cancellation window. A late cancellation fee of $10 will be charged if cancelling 6 hours prior to class. A now show fee of $20 will be charged if you are signed in, but do not attend and give no notice. This includes anyone on waitlist and roster.
Membership Cancellation
Automatic memberships are not refundable after payments have been processed. Contact the studio for cancellation or holds within 48 hours of the next automatic payment.
Inclement Weather Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel due to inclement weather to keep everyone safe. For the latest updates, please check our online schedule and Facebook page.
