Yoga & TRX Instructor
Graduating from Marshall University, with a Bachelors in Athletic Training, Tara has always had a love for fitness and learning what the body is capable of.
She started taking yoga classes with a friend and fell in love with the practice. It became a part of her everyday life, so she wanted to explore teaching. As of May 2021, she has her RYT 200 with Yoga Alliance as well as becoming certified in TRX and TRX-Yoga.
In her classes she focuses on strengthening the bond between the mind and body. You will work with strength, balance, and building inner heat. Though the ultimate goal is to find the joy, confidence, and gratitude for the practice and more importantly yourself.
