Reformer
Pilates on the reformer strengthens your entire body, with specific emphasis on building a strong “core,” or center of the body. The exercises elongate and strengthen the muscles, improving flexibility and joint mobility.
Barre
With its roots in Pilates, barre is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from Pilates, dance, and yoga that will tone, define and chisel the whole body.
Yoga
Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation. It helps to improve health and happiness. Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns; relaxes the mind; centers attention; and sharpens concentration.
TRX®
The TRX suspension trainer utilizes one’s own bodyweight to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Using gravity and leveraging your own bodyweight to perform hundreds of exercises for a full-body workout.
F.I.T. & Fusion
Our F.I.T. and fusion classes will help you improve strength and endurance through steady-set cardio and interval-based workouts. Our F.I.T. classes include HIIT and tabata-style instruction with bodyweight and weighted exercises. Our fusion classes allow you to have two fitness experiences in one. We combine yoga with TRX, yoga with barre and more!
